FIXED-SITE BUSINESS RECOVERY CENTERS

To achieve recovery based on RTOs, there must be sufficient workspace dedicated to recovery purposes. This can be done through redundant client-owned facilities or a third-party recovery vendor, or a combination of both.

Rentsys Recovery breaks down RTOs into the following tiers:

Tier One: 0 to 4 hours
Tier Two: 24 hours
Tier Three: 48 hours

Rentsys Recovery works with clients to develop recovery strategies according to their specific RTO requirements. Our fixed-site Business Recovery Centers (BRCs) help our clients achieve recovery based on their specific RTOs. In the event of a disaster, Rentsys Recovery BRCs provide the hardware, support and workspace infrastructure necessary for a successful recovery.

BRC SOLUTIONS

Rentsys Recovery works with multiple BRC solutions which address the immediate need to relocate employees in the event of an office loss.

CO-LOCATION
Co-Location rack space allows clients to place client-owned equipment directly into a secure and private cabinet, inside a Rentsys Recovery BRC. Clients utilize this service to handle Tier One RTOs.

HOT-SITE
Hot-site is designed for Tier Two applications which require RTOs of less than 24 hours but not immediate failover.

FLEX RACK SPACE
Flex Rack takes advantage of Rentsys Recovery’s large Quickship inventory and logistics fleet, providing predetermined equipment at a BRC in 24 hours, addressing Tier Three needs.

WORKSPACE
Each workspace seat has network and voice connectivity, including client PC and office technology, to meet day to day business needs.

LOCATIONS

Rentsys Recovery BRCs provide the infrastructure clients need to maintain their business operations. These facilities were built with clients in mind and can be integrated with other Rentsys Recovery solutions to provide a complete recovery. We have three regional BRCs available for immediate access upon notification of a disaster.
