NORTHEAST FACILITY

The Northeast Business Recovery Center (BRC) is situated on a 40-acre complex that is outside of the FEMA 100-year floodplain. Billerica is north-central of Boston, near the major business district and commercial attractions. The facility is conveniently located within driving distance of Boston Logan (35 minutes) and Manchester (50 minutes) airports. The facility is also near Boston's mass-transit MBTA commuter rail.

This facility offers 14" raised-floor secure data center space and pre-built workspace suites with conference rooms and private offices. Amenities include an on-site dining facility, an exercise/workout facility with showers, a large break room with kitchen, Comcast cable TV, plus ample parking for commuters during a large-scale disaster.

Our Northeast facility also serves as a regional hot-site, equipment depot and mobile recovery distribution center. Clients will find a large number of restaurants near the BRC and also multiple hotels within a few miles of the facility: Marriott (within walking distance), Hampton Inn, Homewood Suites and Double Tree, to name a few.

NORTHEAST BRC

Rentsys Recovery's Northeast BRC provides the infrastructure clients need to maintain their business operations. This facility was built with clients in mind and can be integrated with other Rentsys Recovery solutions to provide a complete recovery.
